Imaging Coordinator
Oversees the diagnostic imaging section of the practice and has extensive experience in all aspects of cardiovascular sonography.
Procedural Coordinator
Schedules and prepares patients for their interventional and non-invasive procedures performed at the hospital and office. She answers patients’ questions on what to expect before and after procedure.
Front Desk Receptionist
She greets patients, answers phones, schedules appointments, checks patients in and out, verifies insurance, and assists with basic front-office tasks.
Nurse Practitioner
Jamian brings with her a passion for providing advanced quality patient care, ensuring each patient feels heard, supported, and guided throughout their healthcare journey.
Medical Records
She maintains and organizes patient medical records, scans and uploads documents, retrieves records when needed, and helps ensure records are accurate, complete, and properly handled.
clinical coordinator
She coordinates and assists with the clinical workflow, communicates with patients and staff, coordinates procedures and appointments, and follows up on clinical tasks to ensure everything is completed efficiently and on time.
FRONT DESK
She is your first point of contact and works alongside Rachel assisting patients with appointments and inquiries.
Medical assistant
He assists physicians with patient intake, vital signs, EKGs, room preparation, medication reconciliation, and other clinical support duties.
